Important principles to understand before placing your order:
1. Identify the particle liquid name and material properties, including solid and water content, viscosity, surface tension, and pH value.
2. Specify the desired powder material content post-drying, allowable residual water, particle size, and permissible maximum temperature.
3. Determine the available energy supply: steam pressure capacity, electricity capacity, and fuel options such as coal, oil, and air.
4. Control requirements: define the required inlet air temperature control in Celsius.
5. Powder collection needs: decide if a bag-type collector is necessary and the exhaust discharge environmental requirements.
6. Note any other special requirements you may have.
