Principle of Work: Essential Knowledge Before Ordering:
1. Provide the particle liquid name, material properties, solid/water contents, viscosity, surface tension, and PH value.
2. Specify the powder material content post-drying, allowable residual moisture, particle size, and permissible maximum temperature.
3. Determine available energy sources: steam pressure capacity, electrical capacity, and fuel (coal, oil, air) capacity.
4. Clarify control requirements: what should the inlet air temperature be regulated to?
5. Powder collection needs: is a bag type collector necessary, and what are the environmental requirements for exhaust discharge?
