1. Identify the particle liquid name and material properties, including solid or water content, viscosity, surface tension, and pH value.
2. Specify the powder material content post-drying, acceptable residual water content, particle size, and permissible max temperature.
3. Determine the energy supply: steam pressure capacity, electricity capacity, fuel coal, oil, and air capacity.
4. Define control requirements: desired inlet air temperature in Celsius.
5. Establish powder collection needs: Should a bag type collector be installed? Define environmental requirements for exhaust gas discharge.
6. Specify any other special requirements to ensure your complete satisfaction.
