This new type of furnace consists of a combustion chamber, carbonization chamber, and smoke recovery system. The carbonization process for wood charcoal takes 6-10 hours per batch (actual time depends on the raw materials), with a cooling time of 4-8 hours. Mechanism charcoal, on the other hand, requires 5-7 hours for carbonization per batch, with the same cooling time as wood charcoal.
